new manager fro Mick?

Nottingham Forest manager Alex McLeish refused to commit his future to the club after a 2-1 defeat by Birmingham.
There has been speculation McLeish would resign after just over a month as boss following a transfer window in which he missed out on several targets.
But McLeish told BBC Radio Nottingham: "I'm not going to make any comment. I'm going to talk about the team and game. I'm only talking about football."

FA Cup update - results from 4th Round and 5th round draw

Round 4

Pete's Everton progressed through to round 5 after a 2-1 win over Bolton and Margs MK Dons thrashed QPR 4-2 to continue in the draw.

Scott's Leciester only managed a 1-1 draw against Huddersfield but Scott will progress through with which ever team wins the replay.

Anna's Hull lost 0-1 to Barnsley but Anna will move through with Barnsley as her new team.

Dan's Wigan scored a 7th minute penalty, enough to knock out Dave H and his Macclesfield team; Kelly's Middlesborough scored in the 6th minute of stoppage time to knock out Maddy's Aldershot and Mick's Reading eased past Darren's sheffield Utd 4-0, ending Darren's interest in the cup.

In the Sunday matches, Jane goes through with Leeds despite her Spurs team losing 2-1 Christine's Brentford drew 2-2 with Chelsea and she'll progress with whichever team goes through.  Having swapped teams at every round because her team lost, Kate's luck ran out as her Liverpool lost 3-2 to James' Oldham
Fifth round draw  - to be played around 16th Feb

Jane and Micl will be through but the rest of us will be battling.

CCC Match Reports & fixtures

With the top four not in action, Scott's Watford took the opportunity to secure fourth spot with a convincing 3-0 win over Mick's Forest. Anna's Burnley were unable to take advantage and progress up the table and lost 1-2 at home to Chris's Birmingham, the winning goal a 90th minute penalty and after Anna's team was down to 10 men midway through the second half.  This allowed Chris to escape the very expensive part of the table.

Jane's Charlton also failed against lower ranked opposition, losing 1-2 at home to Ted's Sheffield Wednesday, his two goals both scored in the last 10 minutes.  Lyn's Blackpool maintained their advantage over Sue's Wolves with a 1-2 away win, both goals scored by Ince and leaving Sue's new manager Dean Saunders waiting for his first win.

No team of the week this week as I am waiting for Pete (Leicester), Keith (Cardiff), Scott (Watford) and Dan (Brighton) to do their's.  The only one I thought of doing was Kel's Bristol City and maybe just the thought of the glory was enough to inspire her team. Whist she is still firmly routed at the bottom, Kelly's team clinched a 90th minute winner to take three points (only their seventh win of the season) against Jan's Ipswich.  Or perhaps new manager Sean O'Driscoll (why did you get rid of him Mick) is doing his magic
