It has been mentioned for a while but here is clarification of the existing and new rule relating to you allegiance of teams outside the Championship.
Below is the current list of team's that individuals can pick up if the team ends up back in the Championship by way of relegation from Premiership or promotion from League One. An individual can only claim allegiance to one team in the premiership and one team below the Championship at any one time and this be stated as to which team the allegiance remains with.
NEW RULE: The below remains as is. If your team is relegated you can keep allegiance to it regardless (as long as you only have one team). At the end of this season, you can only keep allegiance to your team if it goes into the Premiership if you have proof that you went to a match and saw the team play whilst in the Championship. e.g if Dan thinks Brighton will get promoted, he needs to see them play this season (an provide proof) so if they do go up he can keep allegiance.
Any questions - please ask.

ReplyDeleteSo! If I want to keep nott forest when they get promoted this year I have to get rid of West ham and go and watch forest this season 😝, does that sound about right?
ReplyDeleteYes that is right. you can only have one team that is in the Premiership. So you can ignore Forest and just keep West Ham or you can catch a Forest game and then keep Forest and lose West Ham :-)
